1
00:00:00.300 --> 00:00:02.640
Island Auto Spa. A customer books on the phone; the shop app fills in beside it.

2
00:00:02.690 --> 00:00:09.000
Start with the vehicle: the class, then year, make and model.

3
00:00:09.050 --> 00:00:12.490
Then the work. Each package is priced for an SUV.

4
00:00:12.540 --> 00:00:18.490
An add-on changes the price and the bay time.

5
00:00:18.540 --> 00:00:25.200
Only a time long enough for the job is offered.

6
00:00:25.250 --> 00:00:30.270
Review the request, add a name, and confirm.

7
00:00:30.320 --> 00:00:36.000
The receipt on the phone. The shop sees the same job on its bay board, with a clear next owner.

8
00:00:36.200 --> 00:00:39.350
